We are only asking you to refund the money for the services you did not complete due to him wishing to end the service. Thank you for doing what we feel is right, and refunding him for work you did not do. 3

And for the next incident like this: I think you should really do something about TOS since if they say that they can bot during the service it means that they can do all jobs, even hand-requested, by botting.
