Sorry about the message above i just hate it when unfair decisions are made against people that do honest work and stick to thier promises.

Just to clear this up, we are not saying you botted, but getting banned is basically a 'way out' for services that overrides your ToS. We are only asking you to refund the money for the services you did not complete due to him wishing to end the service.

 

Thank you for doing what we feel is right, and refunding him for work you did not do. 

Just wanted to say that i will refund the guy as soon as i wake up, i should of done that by now but oh well i was just upset about the decision because i worked pretty hard on the account.

And for the next incident like this: I think you should really do something about TOS since if they say that they can bot during the service it means that they can do all jobs, even hand-requested, by botting.
