i would agree with you if i would change password without reason. BUT I CHANGED IT AFTER IT GOT BANNED! 

And according to global TOS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for bans during your service!

 

And as I said before, he trained for about 1.5m and if nothing else, I want the rest of my 15m back!

 

He can't just accept gold and than said he is canceling the order even though I payed him for 10x more than what he actually trained for, despite the ban!

Just to clear this up as everyone seems to be imagining rules, the Global T.O.S DOES NOT contain anything related to bans/mutes. It's the sole responsibility of the service owner to have it in their T.O.S:
