And according to global TOS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for bans during your service! And as I said before, he trained for about 1.5m and if nothing else, I want the rest of my 15m back! He can't just accept gold and than said he is canceling the order even though I payed him for 10x more than what he actually trained for, despite the ban!

It's the sole responsibility of the service owner to have it in their T.O.S: We are currently discussing the situation as a Staff team. We will update you when we have reached a verdict.
