n9rve Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 I just recovered an RS account I made in 2004 but logged into accounts which have been banned for macroing on the same IP and accounts have been banned off this IP and I cannot change my IP. Am I safe to start this account fresh in OSRS without changing my IP or using a VPN?
