Since this is the only section I can post on. Why can't I comment or post anything in the account or services section?

You need 100 post count to post in that section. This was put in place to somewhat prevent people from just posting an account for sale and scamming without forum presence.

 

Word of warning: Do NOT spam the post count as your progress will be reset to 0. Build a forum presence and comment helpfully.
