client wont load

i launch os bot icon, i get the immediate small screen that launches the main client. when i select launch, the current screen goes away like normal and it would be loading the client by now. But now its just sitting on my desktop screen, tried disabling anti virus, restarting computer, remove and reinstall client, no luck. help plsss
