I have been using these random breaks but I have no idea what intervals and the others do so can someone please just screenshot breaks that work really well for them that would be nice. Thanks!

I bot 1 hour then 7 minute break, using on main works just fine.. tho i bot 7-8 hr/day max.. hope this helps.

Deviation will change it up, like if you have a 10 hour break time with 150 minute deviation, it will pick a random time from 150 minutes before 10 hours and 150 minutes after 10 hours, if that makes sense.

It means that if you set your interval at 90 minutes and your deviation to 13 minutes, the bot will randomly break between 77 minutes and 103 minutes, same goes for break time.

 

OT: There doesn't exist something like 'the best breaks', just make sure you do not bot for too long and take brakes frequently.

Most people don't play RS on schedule, neither should your bot. Hope this helps ;)
