I'm like uhm...what? And then i go to open a dispute on paypal, 15 - 30 minutes later i get my money back because he wasn't sending it back, Then today when i went to ask him why on his live chat i go on and ask why then disconnect and then i go back and the service is down one minute later...? Wow what a coincidence. Although he still messages me on skype? Hmm okay...? Evidence: Pictures are all in order. he get's the details: http://i.imgur.com/zcp0nVf.png?2 and starts to say refund it..At this time im not on my computer.
