Explanation:

Okay so I went to king to buy a firecape at 3:42 PM and i had to go in a hurry so i bought it but forgot

to give him the logout details later i came back and gave them to him at 9:36pm and in the pictures below

at 10:32 he says i can't buy the fcape no more? I'm like uhm...what? And then i go to open a dispute on paypal, 15 - 30 minutes later

i get my money back because he wasn't sending it back, Then today when i went to ask him why on his live chat

i go on and ask why then disconnect and then i go back and the service is down one minute later...? Wow what a coincidence. Although

he still messages me on skype? Hmm okay...?

and starts to say refund it..At this time im not on my computer.

and i tell him to refund it because he won't

so i open a dispute on paypal

and then i go on to his live chat the next day

and then BAM DISCONNECT

so i try again...

Reason for this dispute is because he cleared the account of all my valuables

I have requested that the user post here within 24-hours to defend himself. I have also placed him in the Trade With Caution user group until the dispute is over.

I just read and checked our paypal,also skype chats.

User bought a firecape on our site .

But he did not give any infos ,and he left .

After reviewed , my worker found his paypal email :  rjpeters12@hotmail.co.uk

But his ip address is from Canada .It's a bit risky for us.So ,my mate refunded his payment .

5hours later ,he came back . 

But my mate declined his order ,

But he still told my mate his login and password ,my mate said no ,already refund his payment.

User sent another 13$ to my paypal derectly without asking, even my mate told him can not accept his paypal ,and my mate asked him to change , it means change his Rs password.

My mate checked paypal later ,found another payment ,

But he disputed this payment just 4mins later when asked for a refund .I wish I can do everything so fast .

But fine ,my mate solved the dispute out .refunded the payment.

Now he claimed we hacked his account ,make no sense ,We did not even login his account .

He must know to change his password after we declined his order.Also my mate already reminded him yesterday . It's his problem no matter if he is lying .

 

Please solve it out for us as soon as possible .We are standing here for business, not his 13$ .It badly affected my reputation on Osbot.
