How long do we wait for Shasta to show his/her 'proof'?

 

He has 24-hours since the post of him stating he was in work. He has around just over 20-hours left to respond.

Any updates?

The user seems to have been online after the time of him saying he's at work but we will give him the alloted 24-hours which expires at 6.36pm GMT today.

I have added you on Skype so we can continue with the Screen share.

After Screensharing with @Divica on the Skype in question I can confirm that there are no Chat logs with that user. There was in fact an order placed on March 3rd for 07GP under a different Skype but that transaction went smoothly.

 

did you check his blocked users? If he blocked him it won't show it.

 

also they could have just hidden the conversation and that would work too.

all you have to do is right click > hide conversation

if you block them, yes.

but if you block them and remove them it wont show any of it.

If you go to the view tab and click 'show hidden conversations' we can view hidden convos as well. And we also have to teamview @Shasta before we can confirm anything. We know what we're doing so please don't post on the dispute unless you're involved.

I'm more then happy to screenshare/TV with any mod to prove that my workers and I haven't done anything wrong.

 

But I'm sure it's becoming more apparent to anyone that Shasta's logs are fake/edited since he seems to be 'MIA'. Anyone who was scammed by someone would do all they could to try and get their gold/money back. Not avoid the report completely.

 

 

After discussion with the Staff @Divica I would like to request one last TV session in which @Nezz will be added also to get a second perspective for safety purposes. Let me know on Skype when you can do this. 

After discussion with the Staff and an in-depth review of all the evidence there is, @Divica is in the clear. I have removed the TWC, apologies for the inconvenience. The user opened the dispute for 1.9b but only inquired about 1.6b in the live chat after which he left:

There was then another log 40 minutes later asking if the Skype was correct and the user left again:

This leads us to believe the dispute is false along with the fact the user has been online since the then and has not responded. Further action will be taken once we have decided the suitable punishment. 

 

This dispute can be re-opened upon @Shasta providing sufficient evidence that the trade did in fact take place and the Skype logs were not falsified.

 

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, thank you for being co-operative and you can be rest assured we don't take false scam reports lightly and there will be further action happy.png
