loader starts, client does not

Featured Replies

Like the title, the loader starts fine, but the client will not

You can always re-install and re-download everything, most of the times it will work again

I'd guess that your computer is trying to run osbot using Java 8 now. Did you install java 8 recently or have the autoupdater install java 8?

No im using java 7, also im on kali linux (debian based), i can choose to use java 7 or 6, both of them loads the loader but not the client.

I have tried permissions as well, i cant seem to get it to run. I think i will uninstall all java code, then reinstall java sdk 7 afresh. I will let you know hoe it goes.

Ok well if i remove java completely, its gonna fuck up my entire system, so im going to try to load it with wine =D

I CANT BELIVE IT! After installing jdk 7 windows version with wine, then loading osbot with wine, it actually works!! lmao. So that is good news for linux uses all round!

At the moment, im rocking a realy old Dell LATITUDE D420, with 2 gig of ram 1.06 ghz running linux. Wine is now running osbot better than ever before, i simply cant belive it. Smooth 14 fps while running a script, im not complaining at all!! So if any mods read this, tell linux users to load it through wine. only if there having issues of course. =) peace.
