I'm doing everything right when it comes to adding the accounts but when I go to save it it just disappears. Been happening on all bot versions I have been using and some of my friends had the issue but there got resolved with bot update, was wondering if there was any other way to add accounts by editing the file where accounts should be saved or something. Thanks.

Once you complete filling out your account information click save.

Yes I do have newest client 1.7.17 and like a I said I am making accounts the correct way clicking save but once i click save it disappears and doesn't come up on the account list.

If you could, please send me your teamviewer ID and password and I will try and figure out the problem. ^_^

My client also randomly deletes my account info.

To fix:

 

If OSBot is open, close it.

 

Then, go to your OSBot folder and delete the data folder. e.g C:\Users\xxx\OSBot (xxx indicates your personal folder)

 

Open OSBot and try and add an account.
