Its better than letting them scamming others while you have a emergency which holds you back from replying within the 24 hours of the dispute. It would've saved me a lot of headaches and confusion during the past few years. I feel sorry for them, but at the same time, it's their fault. Only way I can see it not being their fault is with a pm trap and in that case the person should refund for falling for a pm trap.
