So your telling me you can cancel anyone service - anytime you want, and if they don't mention a bond refund, its already an automatic +1 for you? So your telling me I wasted a bond for no reason? It seems as if I deserve a refund for wasting my time + money.

i hadn't started the service, i had told you to go to someone else aswell, it was not wasting your money at all since im sure there is quite a few other services which can do the service for you within 14 days of your membership running out.

One bond is not that expensive. And I'm sure if you can provide @Cinnamon with a reasonable ETA he will give you the time you need to refund him.
