Installed JDK and disabled Avast. Still same.

Do you also have Java 8 installed along with your java 7? 

Got the same issue.

 

Latest java installed. Previous uninstalled.

Anti Vir isn't active.

Boot settings are correct.

Same error , i think because i just installed new java 8


Fixed it , Remove java 8 and install java 7

this will fix the issue

yea worked remove java 8 is the solve of the problem
