This looks to me like no refund was ever made. If you can prove me wrong, I will gladly remove the feed back, assuming you can provide sufficient evidence. In my opinion, if the person you scam chargebacks you, that does not mean you should be unbanned. There was no proof that he willingly refunded @The Hero of Time.
