Problem with client login

Hi guys i'm having trouble logging into the client.
When i put up my details i get this error message:

[ERROR][08/16 10:09:14 AM]: The server failed to handle your request!
[ERROR][08/16 10:09:20 AM]: The server failed to handle your request!
 
I've tried things such as restarting client , reinstalling client, changing account password on the website and then trying to login, deleting my latest java just incase and downloading the compatible version , but nothing is working.
I created another account to try and login on the client, which strangely enough works. Now i still need to be able to log this account in to the client cause i have some paid scripts on here.

    I would love to get any possible solutions to this as i've been unable to test a newly purchased script for 2 days now nd i'm really eager to ^^


    Or if this issue can't be resolved, is there any possible way to transfer the premium scripts to my other account? I can login on my iceo account but when i try to login on 'iceolator' i just keep getting the error...

    Same thign happening to me.

    Happening to me as well. My password has an @ in it though.

    Worked fine 30 minutes ago.

    i am having the same problem now. i started using this today and is an awesome bot and would like to continue. please help us solve this.

    i deleted my excutable file and re-dl'ed it and i am back up and running i am not sure what his name was but som,eone in chat helped me. looove this community.

    Guys the issue does not seem to be occurring right now. The latest server updates may have fixed it. Let us know if anyone experiences any further issues!
