Considering it deals with large amount of data, your code is relatively efficient. :P

 

My problem is I can't find the decryption codes to get access to the land data. In your RSRegionBlock data, it loads a local file with the XTEA codes. I can't seem to find a list of them anywhere. May I ask where you obtained yours?
