Nope as long as you play legit on the RUNESCAPE client your account is safe.

yea, if you're botting flax it will get chain banned. if you're botting like stats i don't think you will get banned.

Let them flag all they want. Takes me about few seconds to change ip, and no it's no use of VPN.

Don't think they would be able to find out. Just the botting account would get banned I suppose.

From my experience i guess this is the thing:

Bot busting ban --> No IP flag  --> You can continue botting on the same IP

Goldfarming ban --> IP flag --> Don't continue botting on the same IP (will get banned really fast), you can play legit but it's always a risk.

 

I recommand you using proxies for your botting accounts to keep your home IP clean from any suspects..

YESSSS! This happened to my brother, he got extremely annoyed at me when this happened. this can happen!!

his legit main account got banned when it was me who was botting on my pure.

Generally they Flag your IP, this means that your profiles are more closely watched for any activity. If its found to look slightly suspicious then yes you will be banned.

I was chain banned back in February, sad day in my life when I lost 2 nature runners and couldn't get accs going from that point on. I have botted plenty since then so I believe they remove your "flag" after a while.

They won't IP ban you, they will simply flag your IP.  And if you are playing legit on one account and booting the other, your legit account most likely will not be banned, as long as you aren't playing in the client with that account
