You can RUN but you cant ESCAPE, from a ban.

lmfao this has happen to me before i got around it... idk if u still can but you just message them that you got hacked and someone botted then you got the account back then  you tried logging in then BAN. but yes its a delayed ban ive actually gotten around it twice. What is a delay ban? 

Sounds like a good old fashioned delay ban. I suggest you change your IP asap. I wouldn't suggest using a VPS or Proxy as they are instant flags to the devs over at the JaGeX HQ that you are a botter
