Anaesthetic Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 Sounds like a good old fashioned delay ban. I suggest you change your IP asap. I wouldn't suggest using a VPS or Proxy as they are instant flags to the devs over at the JaGeX HQ that you are a botter
