It'd be nice, but I don't think that it'll ever happen, as developers need to replatform their apps for each device and that takes time and energy. The cost of the app makes up for the time spent replatforming

If I buy a game on android and want it on my iPhone, that'll be wasting it. But it's just an idea that I wish would come true, lol.
