Every week, there will be a rare or a set of rare being dropped around Runescape. Only 1 rare appears in one of the many 100+ locations in each world. After 30 minutes of not being picked up, they will teleport somewhere else. Each world has up to 100 rares before they stop spawning. You can also kill a mod for a rare. Hope this helped.
