Broken since 1.7.14. Works great in 1.7.13:

selectInterfaceOption(387, 22, "Operate"); 

= operate a ring in the ring equipment slot. Maybe more is broken.

this was when Jagex decided to change the Item IDS on stuff that was highly botted
