Mistamo Posted August 4, 2014 Author Share Posted August 4, 2014 8) Seeing as enigma has not been online for 2 days without any explanation as to why hes gone, I would assume that he was the one who originally asked for the account to be locked seeing as he was the original owner, and then asked on this dispute for help because the account recovery page wasn't working for him. After @Scotty gave him an answer on how to fix it, assuming it worked, he no longer needed help fixing it and was able to proceed with the account recovery and now most likely has his original account back with no plans on giving it to Mistamo. My best guess if he doesn't reply to this dispute was that enigma, who throughout this whole thread was made to be the one who was simply dragged into this whole mess, was the one behind the account getting locked, and presumably now recovered and back under his possession. I honestly don't think Enigma would do that. He hasn't been on skype or anything, but that doesn't mean he's the one behind this. I see how it could be thought of in that way though. I then directed them both here and spent more hours of my time again to try and a mods decision only to complain about a java issue ive had and get it resolved so i can steal the account. 1. you noticed how long i was offline so i had obviosly not seen scotty's post 2. people do shit on weekends im here as a curtisy as far as im concerend i have no more responsiblitly to this account as its been resold 3. why would i not keep the account after the first recovery or post on rs or java forums for help with my java issue, also i tryed what scotty said and got a different error but mista walked me through it. now that that idiots dealt with for accual important stuff if i understand dex's decision i am to recover the account and return to mistamoo and from then on only deal with recovery requeast from mista directly if i am missing anything let me know Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

After considering this, I realized after I got the account when Mistamo opened the PA dispute, the account was locked before Mistamo started the osbot dispute(as shown by my first post here)... Mistamo can't lock it and I obviously wouldn't since I had it... I thought Engima was legit but it seems he's taking advantage of the situation. He first said there was a fury on the acc when he recovered for me and Mistamo said he'll dispute on PA, so engima gave me the acc. But there was a glory on it, and I sent him a msg as soon as i logged in and never ever got a reply (for a week) before this dispute started. Also I logged onto the account with no bank pin, he recovered and waited it out before handing it back to me. Of course I don't know what was in there since it was Mistamo's bank(which is probably why Engima thought he could get away with it easily), but you can go on the old dispute and see him stall before giving it to me, saying he has work after like days of recovering the account. I am not sure if the bp timer was up, it very well could have been but i dont know what was in bank i didnt look. i stated cleary the items on the account i had no intention of and did not take any items from it. he did sent me this message via skype ill upload if needed. I can even have Enigma vouch that I at least had a whip and fury on my account. He may even vouch for everything that was in the bank since he had the account after the pin was off. Here are before and after pictures of the bank. If you look at the capes and see how everything is organized, you can see some resemblance. Before Impassive got the account - After I received the account last night & the bank pin from Impassive - Look at all the items in the bank tab and you can tell it's the same bank, I'm not trying to pull any crap. He took all the valuables and didn't play on the account after that. I didn't expect my items to be on there, but I think it's pretty crappy that he took everything I worked for.
