Client stuck in tab panel

This might be a noob question but I couldn't find an answer on the forums. My bot is stuck on the tab panel and it won't let me switch it to the main tab, close it, or do anything. If I try to start a bot in the main tab it says I need VIP and can only have one open.

Hi, first off let me welcome you to our community. There's always plenty of helpful people here to help get you started. Have you tried restarting the entire bot? Also be aware I do think there are some issues with non-VIP members at this time. I am currently looking into them.

Restarting the bot how? I deleted all the files in C:/OSBot  (Data, Scripts, Security) and reinstalled the OSBot.jar. Is there another way?
