So today i tried to buy a rock crab script for 3.99 but it would not let me use paypal funds. then i went to buy a voucher and i put in recipent name "Brendan" thinking it would be my own name and then sender name "jaomock249" . Is there anyway i can get this $5 back to my account via osbot credit for this scirpt? or..... am i just out $5 now... 

Those names shouldn't mean anything. Did you already get charged for the voucher?

i found it in paid invoices but not on purchases

That means it was already redeemed if it was in paid. O.o
