The only items are Law and Air runes for telekinetic grab, a rope, a needle and thread, weapons (with slash, crush, and stab attack styles - a spear is good for this), any bow and arrows, any pickaxe, any source of light, knife, and some money (for carpet travel and a shantay pass).

 

I just cba to get that stuff that can be in your bank.

1.5M is cheap. People charge 3m+ And my 1.5M goes for 1pray or 43 pray. If it's a 10-15 min quest and a couple thiev lvls, then just do it yourself. I doubt someone will charge 300k for this.
