Forums dont load?

I (and others) have had problems trying to load the forums, sometimes I get some thing about clouldflare, and others it's just a white pages and continually says it's loading but nothing happens

 

any reasons?

Yeah mines been lagging so much lately. Can barely use the forums.

This happened to me about 1/2 a month ago, just servers being slow i think.
