CarsonT Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 I took up a favor for a friend of mine. They are looking for a website for their shop that is mainly just a shop all in itself. I know this is going to be extremely easy, however I usually don't use web hosting control panels to create my website. I usually hard code them; the issue with this, is that they want to be able to edit their shop themselves once I teach them through a control panel. This still isn't going to be difficult, but I'm asking you that have dealt more with web hosting packages, or companies, what would be my best route here and maybe a price range? I was thinking GoDaddy, because that's the only place I've ever purchased web hosting from. Any other suggestions? P.s. This is a relatively small shop, they do not need a deluxe web hosting package. Thanks.
CarsonT Posted July 13, 2014 Author Posted July 13, 2014 Thank you both. Will look into the both of them.
Th3 Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 Setting up shop its not as easy as you think it is. Also look into joomla and its shop plugins, once you get it setup it got a user-friendly admin panel so he can edit the shop himself. If you need a free plugin, redshop offers a fairly decent free version.
