Do I get it wrong or are you contradicting yourself? Anyway, personally I think the system we now have in place is sufficient. As far as I know usually people having the TWC rank have had it long enough for the staff members to observe them and for them to prove themselves. The removal or addition of the TWC rank is up to staff discretion and discussed in depth before the actual removal. Sorry, but we are not going to add this just because you got yours removed.
