Depends on the person. If he shows a lot of effort and loyal to change then of course rank should be removed. I am not taking about days or weeks but months preferrably 6 months+.

So you want the people who obtain it to keep it forverer and yet you're saying there are people who actually change over time? Do I get it wrong or are you contradicting yourself? Anyway, personally I think the system we now have in place is sufficient. As far as I know usually people having the TWC rank have had it long enough for the staff members to observe them and for them to prove themselves. So in most cases I feel like the staff team can make a fair judgement regarding these cases.

i dont think that should suffice as effort.

The way the rank is given and removed at the moment is how it will stay. 

 

The removal or addition of the TWC rank is up to staff discretion and discussed in depth before the actual removal. Sorry, but we are not going to add this just because you got yours removed. If it was, you would most likely get it back.
