If you are unaware on how to do that then phone up your isp and ask if your ip is dynamic or static. If it is dynamic then you can either turn of your router and wait for a value of time that is dependant on how your isp frees up ips (my isp it takes around a week) OR you can clone your mac address onto your router from your PC assuming your router has that functionality (most do). If your ip is static you're generally fucked so go on a hacking orientated forum, pay them $5 to ddos you for a day or so (quite often people will do it for free if you go the right community but if you can afford the $5 it's a nice little way to say thank you without spending lots) and then phone up your isp and claim they want money or something or they'll continue ddosing you.
