best thing to alch?

whats the best thing to alch that gives the most profit? ( and ofc I'm using high alchemy )

Use that, plus the price of nature+fire rune per alch

 

Subtract the total from the alch amount

 

The price left over is your profit, do this with a few items until you find something that works for you.

i just do yew longs/magic longs

Battlestaves have always been the best thing to alch however getting your hands on enough of them that's generally the problem
