Went fishing today. First time in a few years actually. Went out to a local river. We went at noon, were using nightcwarlers and lures. Caught about a dozen small rock-bass, and 2 keepers ( 6-pound channel catfish and 4-pound small mouth bass)

I still go fishing! I live in Southern California, and have mainly canals where I live, so usually I'm only able to fish for Catfish, though I love heading up north near Bishop area for Trout, which is my favorite type of fish to catch by far.

I used to fish heaps when I was little, now I barely do it. I can't seem to go fishing without a boat, It boring as fuck without.

Word hell ya trout are my favorite to catch / eat usually too Also, I went to a pond to go fishign and i can say by far i'd rather fish on a river/ lake where there's lots of room to explore.
