Make sure you have it too display all threads. That section is setup to only display open topics by default :p

I guess auto-hiding locked topics makes sense.

 

Oh, changing the custom filter that arm2 suggested worked.

Okay I think your issue is fixed.

 

It's the way the forum is set up to hide locked posts to remove clutter.
