So i decided to make a whole new paypal since i moved and everything. Whole different bank account nd shit, and them douches need you to verify your identity in order to add money on your paypal? My question is, if anyone has ever had this issue, How long do they process this whole thing? I sent them my SSN / Photo ID....Im just curious how long this whole thing may take...

Make sure everything is straighten out and legitimate.

You don't need to add money to your paypal. You can just purchase with your bank account instead of paypal balance.
