Could probably do 15-99 without a ban if you dont bot 24 hours a day maybe, surely you wont get banned if you do so many hours spinning a day? will take an age nonetheless 

around 870 hours flat, but good luck.

Good luck! I had an account which went to over 85 crafting with only bowstrings. Then got banned when it reached 97 woodcutting

 

It's high ban rate, yea, but worths a try. Only have once max 5-6K flax on the acc. If it gets banned you'll still have a nice amount of flax and bowstrings and dont lose all.

i did 15-85 crafting with bowstrings, and then got banned shortly after but i was asking for it with 8+ hours a day. good luck dude!

Goodluck but honestly why bow strings to 99? Its insanely high ban rate and slow as hell. Wouldn't risk my account for that.
