Starting a new Ban Rates thread.

I will be working on a new "Ban Rates" thread as I have done last summer. If there's already an active thread like this please let me know.

This is generally for awareness purposes again.

 

I will leave this to a vote.

 

If I receive 75% as positive in 48 hrs I will begin to work on this again.
