Yeah that is the script that i purchased!

How long ago did you purchase the script?

 

 

this  means there's a few things you can do to help yourself. 

 

Number 1 is to PM Xerion and request a refund as you didn't get to use the actual script at all. 

 

Number 2 is to request a refund in this thread: http://osbot.org/forum/forum/150-refund-requests/ explaining exactly what has happened

 

(to cut it short; you bought the script but it's now a free script and you didn't get to use it at all.)

I purchased it about 10 hours ago..

okay i have pmed the user and created a topic in the refund page.

Alright sweet. That's all you can do for now. Try running the script for free in the meantime

Yeah i have done, I have a feeling it will take a while as there is no other posts in the refund requests?

I have pmed him and asked for a refund, can it deffinately be refunded even though i paid by card.
