Unallowed feedback

In my opinion, your neutral should be removed. If you read the feedback rules, it clearly says "It is allowed to receive feedback for a service, as long as the service was either paid or there was risk involved. An example for risk is doing a firecape service for someone, on an account that contains more than 1M RS3 GP or 07 GP." Let's apply that rule here. @Freak says that there were 800 oak & normal logs on the account. Calculation: (800 normal logs * 108 gp/piece) + (800 oak logs * 43 gp/piece) + ( 5 days of membership: 1.2m for 14 days ->  85714 gp/day * 5 days ) = (86400) + (34400) + (428570) = 549370 gp involved. < 1m GP thus meaning that your feedback SHOULD be removed. (I know I did not take the fact, that it didn't had an e-mail registered, into account because I do not think it has to be seen as an extra value in this case)

As @Divinity and @Nick were reviewing the case, I'll leave the decision to them.

it is extra value because he could of just taken the entire account with blast furnace stats on worth 2.5m

Also, the rules never state it has to be 1m gp, it was just an example and has been discussed many times as the risk involved for a feedback is more around the 100k osgp mark.

I just posted my opinion on this case. As I've said before, I'll leave the decision up to @Nick or @Divinity

30 attack, 30 strength, 30 firemaking, 30 agility. A full BF acc is worth 3.5m so my account alone was worth 2.1m.

Finally, in order for me to reach the appropriate verdict could you please state who did what and when. @bassline you said that @runebotter completed 1-9 hunter but then you claimed to complete 1-22 Hunter which doesn't make sense. I would kindly ask for the following information and please do use the template:

  • Who was the service placed with:
  • What agreement was made upon placement, free/paid and if paid state when the payment was to be made (Before/After completion):
  • Who was the FIRST user to log on to the account:
  • When did that User stop/couldn't continue with the service and pass it over:
  • What was the new arrangement in terms of funds:

  • Who was the service placed with: Bassline

What agreement was made upon placement, free/paid and if paid state when the payment was to be made (Before/After completion): Payment after completion

Who was the FIRST user to log on to the account: Its my account so me, but in terms of levelers, it was bassline.

When did that User stop/couldn't continue with the service and pass it over: bassline never passed it over, runebotter just started to train the account without any communication between the user.

What was the new arrangement in terms of funds: -

  • Who was the service placed with: originally with me but then with runebotter shortly after (runebotter asked for money to do the service, I did not.). When I found out that Runebotter did only 1-9, I said that Freak should not pay him anything, and that I would work on his account for no fee whatsoever. I got from 9-22 (Sorry about the confusion) and then said I had to go to work as I was called in. I was then working all weekend in a busy city nightclub, and was unable to do any further training.

What agreement was made upon placement, free/paid and if paid state when the payment was to be made (Before/After completion): Free training in the hunter skill

Who was the FIRST user to log on to the account: Runebotter

When did that User stop/couldn't continue with the service and pass it over: Because he wanted to basically take payment for a service and then pass the service to me after I already said that I couldnt do it at the time. When I found this out off Freak, I cut off all contact with Runebotter, deleted him off skype, advised Freak to do the same, and not to pay him a single GP.

What was the new arrangement in terms of funds: No funds at all to be transacted between us. Completely free service.

I thought it was 800k?

Originally I was going to do it for 800k but never started the order I only validated the details he gave me. He and runebotter then came to an agreement to do the service. When I found this out I said that the service is therefore rune otters responsibility not mine as he has changed who he is levelling with. When I found out runebotter had messed him about I then offered the free service. That is the one he has left me feedback for. I said that because rune had only levelled to 9, and freak had been waiting, that I would level his account free of charge, which I did. In terms of who logged on and actually started the requested service, runebotter did. I checked the log in details initially to the log in screen but not to the playable account. The only time I logged into the account and took control of the character was when rune botter failed to get higher than 9 hunter for freak. I offered the service out of feeling bad for freak and updated him constantly to my progress, to which I had no replies, thanks or anything of the sort, apart from a message trying to get me to join his poker site or something.

I have done nothing wrong in this service, and tried to help freak out with some free power levelling after he was messed about. That is all there is to it.

I left feedback for the fact that I was not allowed to log into the account for 5 days causing me to loose my days of membership.

I have gone ahead and removed the feedback from @bassline as it clearly states in his TOS which you had to accept upon taking the service that you may not log on to the account until the service has been completed. If this was the reason you left the feedback then i'm afraid it warrants a removal.

Furthermore, under the new Feedback Rules you may leave a feedback for a user if the user has somehow wasted your time and you may however state that the service took too long and you cancelled the order with them.

Thank you both for your cooperation throughout the process.
