bloodthirsty Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 Do you need to quest finished to do that? Yeah. The fountain is empty until you finish 'spirits of the elid quest'. So if it logged when out of waterskins, that'd be awesome. Or even go bank to withdraw filled waterskins if u have.
