Please change @bassline Fb to negative not possitive.

The service had been started and therefore a trade had taken place, if I did not have as much feedback as I have, he would've taken funds. The trade had taken place, I was just paying for it after the service. 

You may not leave Negative feedback as there was no exchange of funds, you may however leave some Neutral feedback.
