Is there an email that jagex use that i can contact to recover my account, as i have lost access to my email linked to it.

pretty sure youd only need the username of the login and you fill out the info about the creation of the account

i had to do it for my old vet account a few years ago since it never had a registered email 

I usually just email their parents' email since they always read those and reply within a few days
