This is what we have been trying to figure out the entire dispute, by the looks of it, it was someone from your service however we will never know as there was no evidence to prove so.

 

When you have discussed a date for the service to be completed please post here, along with that date if there is any TOS attached with the service then make sure you specify this to the user and get them to agree/disagree before the service starts/ends as it was done poorly the first time.

 

Let us know the arrangement as soon as one is in motion.

The 8.9m that was on the account belongs to @Lloyd and will need to be refunded, the account was recovered by with proof of his attempt to recover it therefore it could only have been from your service that the take over occured. @Dyro who was in possession of the account at first has been reading this dispute daily so there are a lot of questions that are unanswered as the password was not changed when the workers were swapped. In future to prevent these misconceptions please change passwords if you are switching workers.

 

Please do not forget to post the agreement with you and so we can close this dispute.

sorry for the late response, when you log in does runescape still do the " you last logged in from" with the ip address? that would have proven it wasn't me, i have never once logged in game on the account only the on the website directly. so no game play.

well , this is really some what irritating. i do not want a partial refund for the skills not completed lol, i want my skills i ordered and paid a whopping $200 for, or a full refund. its already been 2 days getting closer to 3 since we decided on the time frame, it does not take 3 days to find 8.9m.
