Explanation: Yesterday he did a service for me which I paid for, basically doing 69-76 fishing. We agreed to that it will be done the legit way. Since he stated on his thread that he won't refund if it would have been a request for botting the 69-76, so I was curious and asked how about the legit way(if that results in a ban) since I have been doing the levels legit myself. So he said that we would discuss on how much the account was worth. He messaged me after I paid for his service saying that my account has been banned and therefore he found it suspicious that I asked about the 'banning' so he would only have to refund the price I paid for.

The user has been placed in TWC for the remainder of the dispute, I have contacted him and he has 24-hours to respond. In the meantime @Aggre, could you please contact @JagexWeath and request a reason as to why the account was banned so we can get a better idea of the reasoning/time frame behind it.

It has been banned for macroing and it's not apealable.

As stated in the post above, please contact @JagexWeath on twitter, asking with regards to the evidence as to when (date) it was obtained and the reason for the ban, he should be able to provide you a short explanation of what you were doing at the time of the ban.

In the meantime we will await @Trinity's response.

I gave the order to one of my workers, he told me he did not bot on the account. It was suspicious this account got banned for doing a legit service because "Aggre" asked me what happens if the account gets banned from legit service.

I find it still strange that it wasn't banned when I handed over the account to you, also LTS said that 0lly was the one who did the order, clarify me why he would be honest with you since he took probably Timekeeper's bank and got kicked out of the service?

I gave out the order to Rift not Olly. Accounts can some times have a delay on when Jagex sends out the ban. Just contact a mod on twitter like your supposed to do.

Could you both please state how much the order was for and a picture of the account stats from either.

The order was 69-76 Fishing by hand and I paid 2M for it.

Why did LTS say that 0lly was on my order? You and LTS own Trinity Service and your speaking against each other since LTS said to me in private that 0lly was on my order: As you can see here.

Yea sorry for that man. As you can see there was another dispute with timekeeper because  of http://osbot.org/forum/user/15055-mrsexxd/. The so called olly person. he did have access to the account. I would not be surprised if he got it banned. Rift however finished the job from what i know. Its just been a messed up situation lately... orp is all cleaned out at the moment from paying timekeeper and has to handle some irl stuff. so i am taking responsibility on the refund. Just let me know the price. Also will post some evidence of what i heard on the chat. i was on and off for like a day or two not so sure how things got so bad. As for olly..... well it seemed like he did not know what he was talking about thinking swordfish is more exp/h then trout/salmon. olly seemed really fishy to me as well. (just for a lol). . Just trying to get back to a clean state sorry Aggre for the ban.

Thank you both for your cooperation throughout this dispute and handling it in such a delicate manner. I am pleased to hear @dankilla (thank you for stepping in for @Trinity ) will be issuing a refund to @Aggre. After having a look at the account stats, Fishing seems to be the only significant stat worth a refund and based on that I will set the refund at:

 

1. 2m for the Service (Refund)
2. 3m for the ban (Compensation as it wasn't perm)
3. Total refund will be : 5m

Does this seem feasible to both parties?

I do find 5m reasonable, but that account was for sale, now I can't sell it anymore because it has a ban on it.

It seems good to me i will pay it off. Aggre i will pm you with my skype so i can pay you. Thanks Divinity for your help and once again sorry aggre for the ban.

I will set the refund amount at 5m, as for the sale of the account, there are many in the Market section which get sold with 2 day bans.
