Why it should be removed: He received the product as advertised, harassed me when I was VERY busy with maintaince, disputed me for being "rude", I don't think a negative should of been allowed to go against me, he received what he paid for. I have uptime logs from Febuary to now, if even needed...

I've removed the feedback as the user as received what he paid for.

I've asked the user to post evidence behind his claims; and if they do happen to be true, it may be possible that a neutral could be left due to the behavior he has described.

Thank you.

I opened a dispute back then and I won it. Search your threads if you wish to, it should be there. I indeed received the services I paid for but a lot of informations were missing to successfully run the VPS and use the proxies. Since it was a long time ago, I don't have all the pictures of the conversations we had but it should be in the dispute thread.

Unless the support system has changed, I believe that at the time he should have given me all informations explained in a clear manner, right from the start.

If he can prove me it wouldn't happen again if I decided to use his services again, I would gladly remove my negative feedback.

There doesn't seem to be any record of the dispute you claim to have made in the archive. The most recent dispute made by you was against another user and therefore no action can be taken.

The feedback will remain removed, thank you.
