Depends on what you stream and at what quality. You could prolly stream RuneScape since the resolution is small, League of Legends etc. would not be very high quality/playable.

What in the fuck. I'm close to Perth. No NBN. On 5 Mbps Download and 0.6 Mbps upload. How much do you pay for those speeds ohmy.png 
 

I'm able to stream with this so you should be fine.
