I made a report against him earlier, it turned out to be a misunderstanding. He was recommending that we use Arctic as a middleman, not imposting him.

 

 

Nowhere in the skype conversation does he even suggest using @Arctic as a middleman.

 

You asked him to link you to his feedback here and he gave you the link to @Arctic's. However he did send you a private message confirming his OSBot account, so it could also be possible that he genuinely did make a mistake. 

 

I will contact fellow staff members and get their opinions before proceeding just to be sure.

I cannot see where he suggests using @Arctic as a MM, I also find it weird that he doesn't correct himself after he linked you to @Arctic's feedback seen from the fact that he had all the time to do so. Imposting a staff member results in a perm ban so I do not see why this ban should be lifted.
